We meet today!

I am SO looking forward to seeing all of you at 3:30. 

To prepare: 
  • wear comfortable clothes, we will also practice meditation, 
  • bring a journal and pen 
  • bring anything you would love to add to our intention altar.

This is the first of the series of daily emails you'll receive each day to support you through the cleanse process.

These messages will also present optional Cleanse Challenges for each day - these are totally voluntary activities that will enrich your cleanse experience. There will generally be 2–3 per day, but you can choose to do as many as you like, and you are invited to complete them at any point during the week. And if just keeping up with all the food prep is enough of a challenge for you, that is great too, you don’t have to do it all!

Feel free to also come up with your own personal challenges. Anything that inspires you and supports your self-care during this week can be included.

Today's Cleanse Challenges are:

1) Take a Day 1 photo! It can be revealing to do a look at "before and after" photos when doing a cleanse. Often the change is quite visible! Snap a selfie (just for yourself) and keep it on hand so you can do a little comparison at week's end.

2) Set an Intention: Think about an intention you would love to set for yourself. Focus on what feels good. Make it a positive statement like “I nourish and give my body exactly what it needs” rather than “I am going to stop eating bad things.” This gives you space for self-care and kindness rather than rigidity. This is how we support ourselves to success. We will cover this more in our meeting.
