It's been great to read your sharings in our
forum – thank you for your reflections and questions as we dive into this process. (We'd love to hear from more of you as the week goes on, so please jump in on the conversation!)
Day 2 is when our bodies start to anticipate a change in routine, and we may begin to feel our long-held attachments to snacks and comfort foods. The best way to ride through this gracefully is to keep nourishing yourself.
And now, on to today's Cleanse Challenges:1) Remember to sip on warm water throughout the dayÂ
2) Continue to lighten up your diet in terms of sugar, caffeine and processed foods.
3) Add some CCF tea to your day to start priming your digestion. This is in your recipe packet hereÂ
4) Continue to declutter and organize your living space
