Daily inspiration, tips and encourgement from Ara 🧡
How are you? You may be feeling light, free and full of energy, or very tired, or somewhere in between! Wherever you are at, is where you need to be. Allow the process of the cleanse to do it’s work on you.

This is probably one of the more challenging parts of the cleanse. Now you are finished with the active part, and the temptation to jump back into the way you usually ate and behaved is pretty strong. Make sure to take these next few days to continue to eat very simply still, and observe your thoughts around these things.

Utilize the “Transition Recipes” pack or, make anything else that fits this category and sounds yummy to you.

Here are today's Cleanse Challenges:

1) Create a Post-Cleanse Spring Altar: Select a couple of meaningful objects (maybe some of the items you already used -if you created a cleanse altar at the beginning of this week), and leave them in a prominent place as a reminder of this last week and any benefits it brought to to you. As we near the spring equinox, you may also choose to include something meaningful that represents this time of year, often referred to as Ostara. Plants, flowers, pastel colors, art, painted eggs, birds nests, candles, scarves, lace and pretty crystals are often used. (As always, you are invited to share a picture in the forum if you feel inspired!)

2) Maybe you want to continue to work on your kitchen project? This challenge could possibly keep you busy for a few days! Just in case you missed the article with suggestions here it is, Cleanse Thy Kitchen!

Sending you all so much love,

Ara
