Congratulations! You are now heading into your Rejuvenation phase. This phase can last for up to three months. Think of it as the integration of this cleanse.

You have cleansed, you have cleared your physical spaces and your body. Now you get to choose what you want to bring back into your life. When we “clear our slates” we get a much clearer view of what we want in our lives. 

Maybe you fell in love with some of the practices you learned during this time and you want to keep some of them as part of your long term self-care? Maybe you realized there are some parts of you that need extra care? Maybe you realized there are larger goals you’ve gotten a clearer picture of during this time?

Today please bring: 
  • An object for our altar to celebrate spring and our rebirth into optimal health.
  • A journal and pen.

Tips for your ongoing phasing out of the cleanse: 
  • Some heavier foods (e.g., meat, wheat and dairy) can be reintroduced 
  • Limited amounts of raw or uncooked foods can now be consumed 
  • Take any rejuvenative herbs that have been recommended 
  • Use this time to revisit and carry out any intentions you identified during your cleanse
