Natasha Wang Pole Workshops
Natasha Wang is one of the most influential and popular pole artists working today. As a performer and pole personality, she has appeared on “The View” on ABC, “Good Day L.A.” on FOX, “Amazing Dance”.

Natasha is a late fitness bloomer who took her first pole class at the age of 30 with no prior dance, gymnastics or fitness training. Never one to see this as a liability, Natasha reminds men and women of all shapes, sizes and ages that anything is possible with passion, dedication, blisters and hard work.

INT / ADV Signature Spins and Combos 
This spinning pole-only workshop will be constantly updated with Natasha’s favorite spinning tricks and combos. Customers will learn wow-inducing dynamic spins, elegant spin passes incorporating strength, flexibility and control, and transitions to link everything together.

7:45pm - 9:15pm
BEG / INT Static Rotation Basics
Learn how to create spinning rotational movement on the static pole using a combination of momentum, body weight, hand manipulation, and sass!
 
Being able to invert is not a pre-requisite, but it’s recommended that students be able to climb the pole and do a basic pole sit.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be on a HBCU dance team? Were you ever on one and you want to make sure you still got it? Now is your chance to see!

Join Maya, a former PVAMU Black Fox, for a majorette workshop. We will work on marches, technique, stand routines, and field show choreography.
