I hope you are well. I am happy to announce that starting next week we will have more ways you can practice at home. With the current safe opening date many weeks away I have pulled the team back together and we are ready to get you moving with live on-line classes starting this Monday, May 25th.
Next weeks classes will be free.
We often talk about how important the mind and body connection is. I am sure I am not alone when I say that over the last few months I have noticed significant changes in my being. Partly from the stress but mostly I notice when we missed our morning walk or I couldn't do some stretching or more importantly, when I didn't set aside some time for myself. Some days are great, others are more challenging, but always - when I get out and exercise, I can literally feel the stress start to fade. I'd like to bring some of that tension releasing, mood boosting energy to you. I was hoping to be able to share it in the hot room, but since we can't yet, I am so happy to get back into a groove with you all on-line.
We still have a few classes in the private FB group and will add more as we go so if you miss the live class you can watch from the group at a later time.
For the week of May 25th - 29th the Zoom meeting links will be sent to this email address 30 minutes prior to the start of class. The teacher will start the meeting 15 minutes before class.
