As I evolved as a teacher and a student I looked for techniques that would help me build my practice and strength in new ways. Enter Hot Interval Training…or HIT!

It has now been nearly 2 years since we first introduced HIT to our schedule. And you the community have confirmed my enthusiasm for this combo!
Our latest addition to the schedule is the Hot 26 Plus class. This yoga class offers options and let’s you grow your practice while trying something new in a fun environment.
Simply Hot Yoga + Fitness is a representation of the evolution of who we are and what we do. Yoga heals. Fitness heals. We get stronger physically, mentally. We connect mind, body and breath.
