Molly is back and teaching the Pilates with a PT class on Thursday's at 2:30. Anyone with PT issues or who wants to slow down and have a hands-on workout is welcome! She has also resumed teaching her Thursday night classes.
Our new trainers Alex and Emily will be teaching classes soon! Alex will be teaching the Monday evening Jumpboard, Pilates Principles, and eventually a few more including a men's Pilates class! Emily will be teaching some classes on Wednesday evening in April, including Pilates Principles at 5:30 and Reformer 1 at 6:30.
Please be on time to your classes. This allows for a good warm up, and helps maintain the class flow for the trainer. If you're less than 10 minutes late please warm up to avoid injury. If you are over 10 minutes late to class, we ask that you do not participate.
Please sign up for classes at least 24 hours before class starts, as we cancel classes within 24 hours if there is no one registered. We won’t cancel if there’s just one person in the class, you'll just get extra one-on-one attention!
