Our new schedule is HERE!

Raise your hand if CHANGE makes you a little uncomfortable…ok, we had to put our hands down so we could type this, but trust us, our arms were stretched to the sky! Change IS uncomfortable, especially when you have a true love of what was and haven’t yet experienced what WILL BE. 

As you take a look at our new blended schedule, you get to see a lot of what is coming. We have so many new fitness classes, early classes for the morning people, more of what you love (three chair yoga classes a week? Yes, please!), the opportunity to expand your Restore Your Core journey, and the chance to bring back classes like Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and meditation on a rotating basis.  There is SO MUCH to look forward to. 

              Of course, it’s hard not to look back, isn’t it? We know you loved certain classes at certain times. We know you liked your little corner in “spot 2” on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We know you are probably looking over this schedule and saying, oh no, what happened to my Saturday morning gentle class with Brooke? Where is Monday night vigorous with Lisa? First, let us assure you that we created this schedule with you in mind first and foremost. We ask that you trust us as you have for the last 12 years, all through the pandemic, and through this post lock-down world to bring you the best wellness and fitness classes around. And while some familiar names are not on the schedule right now, that is not because of any hard feelings or difficult decisions. As we changed, it opened up the opportunity for some instructors to make changes in their lives as well, and we are so supportive of the new paths they have decided to walk, just as they support us in ours. In fact, remember that Monday night vigorous class? That’s Lisa Stets' baby, and she will be back to teaching regularly when her new schedule permits. For now she’s scheduled for Black Light Glow Flow in October! As for Brooke, well, when she isn’t entertaining her brood of grandchildren, you’ll be seeing her around too! (Root Chakra workshop anyone?!) Things aren’t as different as they seem. 

              All this is to say, change isn’t always easy, and sometimes it even stings a little, but those growing pains are worth it. We are here for you through this transition and beyond. We understand how you feel, but we also want you to know it’s okay to be excited. This move, our name change, our new schedule, it’s all good stuff.  We are growing, and so are you!✨✨✨

We are thrilled to welcome these talented women to the team as our merger and move becomes reality on September 1st. Tina, Heather, Linda and Naomi bring along with them a wealth of experience in the fitness and wellness industry and are responsible for many of the awesome new classes that you see on our schedule! Keep your eye out for upcoming individual introductions as well as descriptions of the classes these four wonderful women bring to the studio floor.
