Each day in April, you're encouraged to move your body in a way that feels good to you.
Take a Modo class (we recommend 3-5 times/week), or... aim for 30 minutes/day of dancing around your kitchen, riding your bike (bonus points if it's to and from the studio 😉), starting a neighbourhood game of pick-up, jumping on a trampoline, or taking a walk on a nearby trail. The options are limitless!
However you choose to move, you'll get a checkmark on our studio challenge board for each day that you intentionally move your body. At the end of the challenge, participants from across all Modo Yoga studios will be entered to win 1 of 10 prize packs from Modo Yoga International.
