We have MANY opportunites for you to practice in March, and it's a perfect way to prep for our upcoming "MODO MOVES" community wide challenge in April! BUDDHIST MEDITATION SANGHA 
Starting Wednesday March 8th Mike P will be running a Buddhist Meditation Sangha (community). These session are free for all (PWYC) and will be amazing for anyone who want to learn more about meditation, how to, history, darma, and to just be a part of a community of like minded people. The hope is that this becomes a community guided practice and will support the mental health and welbeing of the people in our community. All are welcome, although spots are limited. Mike has made cushions, mat, and blankets so that everyone will have what they need to be comfortable during class. We can't wait to welcome you.

MISFITMETHOD POP UP!
MISFITMETHOD was created by Amber Joliat and is a signature style combining Yoga, Dance, and Pilates for an unique, high energy, deep rooted experience that will leave you wanting MORE! Join us for a special popup class on Saturday March 11th at 2pm AND Monday March 27th at 7pm!

We are back in St. Thomas this Friday with this very special class. It's a 2 hour micro retreat and you'll leave feeling like you've had a whole spa day! If you have yet to join us, grab some friends for a road trip! You will not regret it! A wonderful way to wind down on a Friday night!

Cynthia has completed her Foundational Modo training and is ready to get into the hot room and teach some classes! These classes are all PWYC or use membership and any proceeds will be donated to The Local Community Food Center.

BABIES AND BUMPS CLASSES AND POP UPS
We have a growing community of babies and bumps in the studio and we are loving it! Monday mornings at 11:30am and Wednesdays at 10am bring your baby or your bump for a pre natal/postpartum movement class!
There will be a couple of Saturday pop ups to look out for in March! These classes are separate from our regular classes. You can register by contacting Rebecca.

THE SOUND AND STRETCH EXPERIENCE
Raise your vibration!!!
Dr. Adam Gavsie will be in studio providing a mix of sounds to bring the body and mind into a state of well being and bliss. Christa will offer a blend gentle guided breath work, meditation, and intuitive self guided movement and stretch. This practice will culminate with full Sound Bath using 11 crystal singing bowls for the ultimate deep relaxation.
After practice we will gather for tea and some light snacks.

Spring is in the air and the sun is high in the sky, which means serotonin (your "feel good" hormone) and Vitamin D are on the ready to give a little boost to your mood and motivation!

So, let's take advantage of these longer sunny days, and wake up our sleepy winter bodies with a community wide 30-day challenge that prioritizes daily movement.

SIGN UP BEGINS MARCH 15th.

HOW IT WORKS
Each day in April, you're encouraged to move your body in a way that feels good to you.

Take a Modo class (we recommend 3-5 times/week), or... aim for 30 minutes/day of dancing around your kitchen, riding your bike (bonus points if it's to and from the studio 😉), starting a neighbourhood game of pick-up, jumping on a trampoline, or taking a walk on a nearby trail. The options are limitless!

However you choose to move, you'll get a checkmark on our studio challenge board for each day that you intentionally move your body. At the end of the challenge, participants from across all Modo Yoga studios will be entered to win 1 of 10 prize packs from Modo Yoga International.
