This course is intended for Pilates Instructors + Trainees who are looking to fill in the blanks and dive deeper into the needs of their Prenatal & Postnatal clientele. Gain the confidence to help this special population of expecting mothers maintain a healthy workout routine throughout their pregnancy. Inspire them postnatal to be in-tune with their bodies and to build back strength safely and efficiently! This 10 Hour Training includes a course manual, private online group, and 10 NPCP credits upon passing a practical and online test.

In this workshop, Morgan Palmer will discuss the neuroscience behind the brain’s attention systems and the body’s feedback systems. Participants will be able to define & understand the difference between efference and afference, how these signals work inside our central nervous systems, and, ultimately, how we as teachers can hack our students' learning so they can progress faster with deeper somatic understanding.
