The room will be warm, not hot. You will split your time between listening, watching, asking questions and feeling the posture in your body. Dress comfortably and ready to do a bit of the postures you love!

Pavida has been teaching bikram method yoga, the original hot yoga, for 13 years and practicing for 15 years.

What did you think of your first class? 
I was dying! I lied down on the mat for 75% of the class but felt so good that night that I decided to give it another try. And now here I am 15 years later!

What's your favorite thing about the practice?
The feeling I get after the class is over.  I always feel so light like I can almost fly out of the studio.  This practice gets me through all of the tough times in my life.  It keeps me sane!
