Emily Longo! Emily is another member turned instructor, the very best kind! Emily works full time, has two kids, works out before the rest of the world wakes up and still has time (and energy) to inspire our members in the spin studio! Emily's smile is kind but her workouts are fierce! In April we're celebrating Emily as our inspiration to get up and get after it. Here's to you, Em, thanks for your motivation in and out of the studio!

Vicious Autism Awareness Event

Sweat, Support, Sip!

Begin with us at VICIOUS- 8 classes to raise awareness by sweating with the best. We'll have local vendors and the fundraising committee in the studio to continue our support! After we sweat together, we'll sip together! Join us for a happy hour at Ott's Medford from 12-2p. Drink and Eat on VICIOUS while supporting and raising funds! We're excited for our biggest charity event of the year! Can't wait to see you there!
