Trainer of the Month:
Molly Bell Knorr, Physical Therapist Assistant
Why do you love Pilates? 
I love the detail and stabilization. I am able to get deeper into my core and I see how much it helps my patients with their injuries.

Favorite Book:
I have been reading the Jack Reacher books. I love when the good guy kicks butt and the bad guy loses! 

Favorite Movie:
My favorite genre is sci-fi/superhero movies. Just like the Jack reacher books the good overcomes the bad. I think we need more of that nowadays. 

Favorite Song:
Old Time Rockin Roll, by Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band. It reminds me of my Dad.

Favorite Pilates Equipment: 

Right now it is the reformer and the new Konnector straps. I love how it is so versatile and allows for more feedback than ever before.

Circuit Class Updates
We will be taking the circuit class and a few others off the schedule in fall and winter, but look for them to come back next spring.

Pop Up Classes
Be on the lookout for pop up classes soon. If we see a lot of waitlists on the schedule, we will pop in a class when a trainer is available.
